Ogden Beer Co. in Ogden, Utah graciously brewed a recipe based off my multiple award winning and Best of Show Schwartzbier. It was intended to be brewed for a pro-am entry, but after shadowing the test batch, the head brewer decided she didn’t want a dark beer on tap during summer. Regardless, it was still served in the brewery and I’m super stoked one of my recipes was brewed on the big scale!
